Résumé
Human rights-based approach (HRBA) has become an effective and comprehensive approach to analysis of reality and detection of the problems to offset. Being aware of the potential of the HRBA, work has been done on an ambitious project of integration of the Human rights-based approach in Higher Education in the Maghreb. This project has consisted in the development of a tool based on the identification and selection of a series of indicators set to make possible a precise understanding of the situation and, after that, a rigorous analysis of the challenges for Higher Education in countries and educational institutions participating in the project.
