Abstract

The title compound, [Au(C6F5)2(C 19H17PS)2]ClO4·CHCl 3, involves a planar AuIII centre with Au-P = 2.3818 (14) and 2.3990 (15) Å, and Au-C = 2.079 (5) and 2.083 (5) Å. Ligand S atoms are not involved in coordination at gold. The P-C-S-C torsion angles are very approximately antiperiplanar. The anion is well resolved and acts as an acceptor for C-H⋯O interactions. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography. All rights reserved.
