Doctor by the Universidad de La Rioja with the thesis Semantic prototypes in EFL children’s and adolescents’ lexical output and vocabulary input in EFL textbooks 2024. Supervised by Dr. Rosa María Jiménez Catalán, Dr. María del Pilar Agustín Llach.
PhD in English Philology from the University of La Rioja. Experienced in teaching undergraduate students, including supervising bachelor’s and master’s degree Final Projects. Member of the Applied Linguistics Group (GLAUR) and the research project on available lexicon with L2 and L3 learners (HERLEX- HERPRO). Author of articles focusing on semantic prototypes in EFL learners’ lexical availability output and ELT textbooks’ vocabulary input. Regular contributor to paper and poster conference presentations in Spain and abroad. Others: Certified with a training specialized course on Spanish Teaching as a Foreign Language. Developed research stays at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, on semantic prototypes in EFL.
