Resumen

The reaction of ethanolic solutions of Na(SR) (SR = 4-oxo-2-thioxopyrimidines) with [AuClL] (L = PPh3, PPh2Me and AsPh3) gives [Au(SR)L]; when PPN[AuCl2] or NBu4[AuBr(C6F5)] are used instead, PPN[Au(SR)2] and NBu4[Au(C6F5) (SR)] are obtained. The structure of [Au(SR1) (PPh3)] has been established by X-ray diffraction, and shows a linear coordination at gold involving the phosphine phosphorus and the exocyclic sulfur atom of the organic ligand.
