Abstract
In this study you will find a critical analysis of the review of final sentence regime, which is contained in Book VII, Title V of the 2020 Draft Bill of Criminal Procedure Law. It contains an overview of the most important changes included in the regulation of the review trial, regarding its general configuration, the subjects, the object, the motives, the procedure itself, and the content of the sentence, as well as those novelties that the annulment of final sentences issued in the absence of the defendant and the characteristics of a new procedure for the review due to legislative change and declaration of unconstitutionality bring together
