Abstract

During the SARS-COV2 pandemic that hit our country during these last two years and due to the extensive experience in providing a global vision, complex and unknown situations, the work of Internal Medicine has been a fundamental medical support. We are currently facing two new challenges, the syndrome called “postCOVID, long or persistent COVID syndrome” that highlights the lack of knowledge about this virus, and the decrease in the quality of life of all patients; situations for which Internal Medicine is trained.
