Abstract

In this article we present some reflections about teamwork when teaching Project Management in a Computer Science Degree. These reflections are based on the experience of six years training, guiding and evaluating student teams. We revise the principles, methods and processes used working with these teams and think over the workload that it involves for teachers. We also raise a discussion about the relation among students’ dedication, teachers’ dedication and the limits of scale that appear when it is necessary to evaluate the individual performance within the framework of teams that should obtain collective results.
