Diseño y validación de contenido de un instrumento para la investigación observacional de comportamientos con implicaciones éticas en los deportes de cooperación-oposición

Abstract

In an ethically oriented sport, it is essential that value systems translate into behaviours steep imbued with those same axiological systems. From this perspective, the scientifc approach to the expression of ethical behaviours is fundamental not only for knowing the reality, but also for transforming it constructively. Moreover, among the whole array of research alternatives on manifestations of ethical behaviour, the observational methodology is revealed as a particularly valuable alternative, which makes it necessary to acquire observation instruments. This article introduces the process of development and validation of the content of an instrument that results from the combination of a category system and a feld format, which will allow to observe behaviours with ethical implications within the practice of cooperation-opposition sports. This instrument exhibits non-interactive and interactive behaviours -both positive and negative- with colleagues and opponents, as well as others related with game rules and the use of spaces and materials. The instrument is introduced as a valid reference and it is applicable in the educational framework of physical education, since it can adapt to other formal, nonformal or informal contexts of sports practice.
