Abstract

The Nahuoic acid has been characterized as a demethylase enzymes inhibitor. The objectives of this project are: The study and characterization, using computational chemistry, of the intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction which is the key step of the nahuoic acid total syntheses and also the study of the interaction between this molecule and the epigenetic enzyme SETD8 employing molecular modelling.
