Résumé

The 20s of the last twentieth century brought an era of economic growth together with political, social and cultural transformations for Spain. In the specific case of La Rioja, they were years of banking expansion, a boom in the wine sector with the creation of the Regulatory Council in 1927, as well as an important diversification of the canning industries in the Rioja Baja area, the development of the footwear industry in Arnedo, or the heyday of metal casting and construction of agricultural machinery. In this context Logroño Industrial was edited in 1920. From 1921 on this annual magazine will be published as Rioja Industrial until 1969. Throughout its pages we can see different news, an impeccable graphic design, a complete advertising list of establishments dedicated to the agriculture, industry, economy or culture. It is important to emphasize that Rioja Industrial was edited throughout the Primo Rivera dictatorship, the II Republic and a large part of the Franco regime.
