Résumé

The objective of this course is to expose the situation in which the economic policy of the European Union is at present from a material point of view, as well as its future perspectives. From a brief analysis, as historical trip, of the existing juridical frame before the crisis, it is analyzed the structure and the content of the economic policy that we have today, after three years of varied and heterogeneous reforms in which there seems to be no either break or end to shortly nor in the medium term. Considering the characteristics of the frame in which there has been given orally the content that now appears in writing, on the following pages the reader will meet a work essentially explanatory, that tries to place in its place the pieces of the puzzle made during the last years, and in which it is analyzed the intensity of the reinforcement produced on the economic arm of the Economic and Monetary Union. Special attention is paid to the influence that the so called «six and two pack» have had on the content of this politic, as well as other instruments that have introduced modifications in the Stability and Growth Pact, or there have stood up new instruments that try to reinforce the multilateral supervision and the control of the performance of the authorities in a matter that keeps on belonging to the domestic competence.
