Zusammenfassung
The local elections of May 24 2015 have been made without legal changes in respect of 2011. The identifiers of municipal elections in Aragon are sparse population and highly disseminated, large number of very small municipalities that can just throw proportionality in its results because of its small size. As a counterpoint to this scenario, the great city of Zaragoza surrounded by a rampant conurbation hosts more than half of all voters of the Aragon. Signs of transformation of party competition system not dissipate, but seem to develop with slowness
