Abstract
Article basically descriptive, on crime scene starring minors 14 to 17 years in the autonomous community of La Rioja (2000-2010). The method used is to explore the empirical data from documentary sources INE (criminal typologies and measures imposed). In the concluding section, by way of balance, highlighting the most significant results of the examination and suggests some policy proposals in this area.
