Resumen

La participación de los usuarios en las entidades proveedoras de servicios sociales se debe entender dentro de un modelo participativo de gestión basado en los diferentes grupos de interés. En el caso de la participación de los usuarios encontramos una diversidad de modelos que van desde organizaciones que no tienen prevista esta participación hasta aquellas en que el usuario dispone de mecanismos para influir y formar parte del proceso de toma de decisiones en equilibrio con los diferentes grupos de interés. En este trabajo el objetivo es analizar la participación del usuario de servicios sociales en dos contextos: uno, a través de las instituciones públicas locales y dos, a través de las organizaciones no lucrativas.
