Résumé
This paper is an analysis of the Land dispute between two towns in Picenum, Firmum and Falerio. This dispute was judged by a Domitian's letter. The author tries to study the historie framework of that land dispute in the light of the basic principies of the Román agrimensores and the Flavian issues.
