Abstract
Through an experimental design applied to the online purchase of hotel bookings, we analyze the influence of two quality signals on behavioral intentions. positive influences have been found for the Q de Calidad Turística certification and informative Content on offer quality perception; however, only the informative Content directly influences the purchase intention. it is recommended to use both stimuli within the accommodation web domains.
