Resumen

his work intends to analyse the influence that leadership has in some dimensions of organizational culture Martin's paradigm for knowing the results related to the performance of university students, towards to their approval or disapproval. For that, we use two types of transformational leadership (charismatic and intellectual stimulus), named by Bass. The organizational culture dimensions referred are integration, differentiation and fragmentation. At last we select a simple results approach that itself defines their concept (approval and disapproval).
