Abstract

This paper examines the influence of the secondary offerings on the liquidity y the trading activity of stocks outstanding. The results reveal that the liquidity y the trading activity increase after secondary offerings executions. Besides, we can observe that this influence is related to the relative size of the offering y the detail composition of the offering
