Resumen

We have developed an experimental proceduce light emission from caesium vapor-noble gas systems at low pressure (5 to 200 Torr) of gas, using a radiofrequency (∼100 MHz) capacitive discharges. The emission spectra of caesium vapor-noble gas systems have been studied by us using a grating monochromator (J-A, f′=0.5 m). In particular, this work show some experimental results obtained by us over the caesium band 2 1 2Σ+ (7S) → 2 1 2Σ+ (6S) observed in a vapour pressure 0.2×10-2 Torr in presence of 200 Torr of neon and 100 Torr of xenon respectively. These results are compared with the theoreticaly obtained by other authors. © 1986.
