Resum
The state of the art of SFE methods for food samples is reviewed. Typical examples of off-line and chromatography hyphenated SFE methods which have proved useful in food analysis are discussed. Finally, comments are given on expectations and trends for the technique in this field. © Springer-Verlag 1997.
