Resumen

The management of public resources, such as educative institutions is usually associated to making decisions affecting to a large number of schools, in changing environments, and with large amount of information. In order to ease the management of these complex systems, this paper describes a methodology for modeling a network of schools, simulating the model under a given configuration, and selecting the best decisions for assisting the educative authorities in their managing responsibilities. © 2013 DIME UNIVERSITÀ DI GENOVA.
