Abstract
The concept of landscape, used in several ways since the 70´s, plays a more and more relevant role through the years in order to link different disciplines either naturals or socials. Present in international conventions and agreements, it reflects the human collective´s interest to form a sustainable relationship with the environment in which this collective develop its activity. The integrative capacity of landscape provides it with a prominent task in education. This article establishes a sequence about how the idea of landscape has been extending over the last years, as well as its connection to learning through skills
