Résumé

The relevance of Organizational Commitment as a concept to be researched is due to be its role in the implementation of strategic management in the organization enviroment. The wish of permanence of workers and the non intention of leaving imply a favorable effect in the strategic implementation and development, and as a consecuence, also arise the possibility of attainment of mission and objectives. In the Non Profit Organizations frame we tried to define this concept and its dimensions.
